Role:
Jamestown assumed control of this development on Schermerhorn Street in downtown Brooklyn, NY in 2009, approximately 70% of the way through construction. Amy led development efforts for the Schermerhorn condo tower from that point forward including managing design and engineering consultants, revision of the condominium offering plan with the New York State Attorney General’s office, comprehensive market research and development of sales strategy, setup of operations and management team, and assisting with construction oversight. The project sold out in 2011 above pro forma expectations and ahead of schedule.
